No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for products once the purchase has been completed.


Refunds for Damaged Items Only (Within 14 Days)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must report the issue immediately upon receiving the item.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

  • Once the damage is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non‑Refundable Items

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
